I'm a volley ball fan and five months before I could not leap well. I started lifting heavy weights, and in several months I showed great changes in my jump. For this reason I truly recommend the strategy to everybody. Best of luck.

I agree there needs to be an upgrade. it takes to long to upload each item and I constantly get the error message that I am duplicating another ad. BULL! instead of having all the different cities you should be able to put in your zip code and then choose how far you are willing to travel. like 50 miles and then it will show all ads in that area. the main reason craigslist is the biggest and best is it is free! if you charge you will lose many customers. if you dont do the zip code ideal you should at least allow me to advertise my item in different cities. also, figure out a way to keep spammers from getting to me. even though I check the no email option they still get my email......

So, it turns out that 1) if you haven't exercised consistently for a while, it's really hard to start again both routine-wise and because your body HATES YOU, and 2) the VJB programs (there are several development levels) all run at least 12 weeks, so I won't be done with the first one for a couple more weeks now. As soon as I finish that one I'll post an update, promise.
